Land Search for the related property to confirm who is the actual

date of Land Search to see whether it is the same as the contract

Land Search is Full (i.e. Historical & Current). Since
some of the agency will only do current Land Search instead of
Full Search. If related premise do have any court order or
building order registered long time ago, it may not shown on the
